The CMP has recently received a large quantity of Remington-made .22LR ammunition, now ready for immediate sale in 5000-rd cases. This 1995-vintage ammunition has a 40gr lead round-nose bullet and a Muzzle Velocity of approximately 1135 fps. Ammo Cases Are Sealed in Foil
This is U.S. Military-contract Remington .22LR ammunition produced in 1995. Each 5000-rd case comes in original packaging, consisting of ten (10) 500-rd bricks made up of ten (10) 50-rd boxes each. Does anyone know if this stuff is any good or not? I have had terrible luck with rem ammo but this may be different.
I’ve never had any good results from Reminton .22 ammo and gave it all away.
Remington ammo has a reputation of being unreliable…lots of alibis during a pistol match. Should be ok for rifle plinking
