Greater bottle-necking of cartridges (ala Ackley)provides a side effect of reducing recoil expected/calculated.
This, because more of the powder is contained in the chamber rather than adding to bullet mass(still unburned) further down the barrel.

In Quickload this parameter is set as &#039;weighting factor&#039;, which may need to be adjusted with a 30-06 -vs- a 6dasher to calibrate the file.]]></description>
