Maybe it doesn’t affect accuracy, but its a pain for reloading. I’ve had a great deal of difficulty depriming since the pin keeps getting stuck in the hole. I also broke a pin too.

Editor: That has not been my experience with this brass. The cartridge in the photo was photographed slightly off-axis (not straight-on) which may create the appearance of a non-centered flash hole.
