My Sinclair bipod was also modified, but differently than Derek’s. I shortened the legs to reduce the overall minimum height. I will be drilling out the feet, as Derek did, to further lighten it up. The Sinclair bipod is as solid as a bench rest and is very well engineered. i don’t believe you can go wrong with one.

I was using a Sinclair bipod that was lightened up to make weight. (bottom left team photo). Sinclair is currently NOT making them. They are re-designing the bipod and it should be out March 1st, 2008. So keep your fingers crossed it is just as stout as the original but as light as a Harris and I think you will find FTR shooters overwhelmed with joy. –DEREK
