		<description><![CDATA[I wonder about using a shallow &quot;V&quot; shaped mirage band that is wide enough to direct the barrel mirage up and away from the field of view of the scope.

With a flat one it would seem that &quot;burbles&quot; of hot air will sooner or later make their way around the edge of the band and into the field of view of the scope.

The question might also be &quot;if 4 inches is good is 8 inches better?&quot;]]></description>
