I have bought quite a few things on the auction sites, ebay, gunbroker and auction arms. While most transactions were very good, the few poblems I have had with sellers were all at gunbroker. Misrepresented items, a seller who wouldn't complete auctions, etc. Gunbroker brags about how it will boot a bad buyer in a minute, but if a bad seller pops up - it's tough luck to the buyers. Really too bad, because there are some good sellers that go the extra mile - but at gunbroker, its hard to tell who those sellers are.

I have been waiting for over three months for Gunbroker.com to reimburse me on a fraud claim, as they advertise on their site to do. I have jumped through all their hoops and sent them all the information they have asked for and still no check. They have even stopped replying to my emails. The person who ripped me(John Sabo, Fairport Harbor, Ohio) off ripped off nine other people at the same time he did me. Gunbrokers fraud protestion is fraud itself. They are crooks!
