		<description><![CDATA[Sorry buts it&#039;s not a new concept. I have an unlimited BR rifle that has a front sleeve. Built in the late 70&#039;s. I built 3 or 4 for guys myself. I got the idea from a dear friend, Nick Young, about 1980. He had two unlimited rifles and a Heavy Varmint. Sorry but your patent is unenforceable.
