I think he’s doing a fine job as well; better consistency of product is evident in the bullets I’ve bought from Swampy.

As for the difference in BC: Steve uses J4 jackets but his bullets are not at all like similar products from Berger, or any other vendor. The dies and profiles he uses are the same as what Jimmy Knox developed in years past.

Jackets alone are not at all an indicator of what BC a finished bullet may provide.
