So where is the full write? Would like to see the true performance in the hands of a proven shooter!

EDITOR: Tiny–We’re waiting anxiously like you too. Terry has had his hands full with some important family matters, but we’re hoping he’ll be able to send his results soon. He did tell us the gun shot real well with 90gr Lapua factory ammo–about 1″ at 300 yards.

A big +1 on that. I’d sure pay a bit extra to get a setup that we know works – the Savage barrel nut system – with a premium barrel.

It would be nice if Savage offered a handlapped custom barrel,
from one of the well known custom manufacturers, as an option.

They need to offer the F-class in 6.5×55 se. Of course I am biased.

If your going to shoot in competitions I think a new custom barrel would greatly improve the scores.
