It’s currently available at High Point Scientific (https://www.highpointscientific.com/store/viewItem.asp?idProduct=2940) for $43 + S&H. It has two-axis fine motion control, and has 1/4″-20 attachment points so it will work with tripods or scope stands. I just ordered mine (it’s normally $100), but it comes well recommended.
