The system works well.
There are 3 enhancements to the process I would consider though:
1.Clean the bullets before coating acetone/soap & water.
2.Dry & heat the bullets to ~150deg before coating.
3. Use a sieve offered by NECO to seperate BBs from bullets and for a polishing container: http://www.neconos.com/shop/index_auto.php?shop=1&cat=5&cart=170625
4. After seating coated bullets wipe each with a paper towel coated with dried car wax.
