The amount a bullet moves when a 2.5 mph left to right wind switches to a 2.5 mph right to left wind is the same as a 5 mph pick-up from one direction, say 3 o-clock. The table shows how much the bullet will move at 100/200/300 yards if there is a 5 mph wind change, 90 degrees to the path of flight.
