My head is essentially rigidly fixed/locked to my shoulders. I cannot turn it left or right or raise my chin up or down. CONVENTIONAL RIFLE & SHOTGUN stocks no longer allow me to sight down the barrel and through iron or optical sights. I shoot and reload for plinking pleasure, hunting, and family defense. Where can I find gun smiths who know long gun sight mounting and stocking techniques only needed by the handicapped? Is there any financial aid for adapting my guns to my compromised condition?

I am a person with a disability who likes to shoot and is working to start teaching others to shoot. I am hoping to “cater” my services to those who are disables so they can shoot too.
