I want to use ADI AR2208 but have powder references for Varget...are they the same powder or just a close equivalent?

I want to use equiv of 36.1gn Varget in 2208, should i try 36.1 of 2208 or less?

The ADI max load is 36.5gn for 55gn Proj

Rifle is Ruger M77 Mk11 22.250, 55gn Spitzer

Thankyou, G
