The Fish-belly extends BELOW the straight section. You may be seeing an “optical illustion” of a hollow section in the photo with the orange arrows. The belly actually sticks out, so it is convex. On the very front section, the hollow area IS legal under f-class rules, but would not be legal under short-range benchrest rules.
