Just back from the Range.Met a good frend who has one of the 12,5-50x56 S&B´s 1/4MOA.( One of the first deliverd in Germany )
Compared to my 12-42 NSX Nightforce.....unbelivable
Turnd magnification down to 30X on both and compared 1to1 it´s like .....everything More clearly better colours.....

EDITOR: Michael, I had a similar reaction looking at the 12.5-50 prototype at the 2008 SHOT show. At 40X it seemed as bright as a 25X Leupold. At 20X it was super bright--like you'd expect with a 10X hunting scope. When people ask what the difference is between a Leupold, I said it's like sitting in your car, looking to the side, and then rolling the window down--everything is clearer, brighter, more vivid.
