Mr. Slattery,
Why is it that citizens concerned with the new Administration’s ideas concerning 2nd Amendment issues are to be considered “far right?” Hillary’s replacement has already started to “moderate” her position. And both of those Senators are from Montana. Hardly an anti-2nd Amendment bastion. Unfortunately, both senators are out of step with the rest of their party. Obama and co. have a history of gun control. Gun purchases are being made by people from across the entire political spectrum. Supply, demand, and prices ARE in line with reality. Obama and Congress favor gun control, even if the votes for it would doom many Democratic political futures.

As pertains to the update: OUTSTANDING REPORTING! Thank you for getting to the bottom of this. Hopefully, the newly accurate update will rocket around the Web as fast as the original information.

Thank you for having the courage to post in the Daily Bulletin that it was 2 Democratic senators that brought this to a quick resolution. Now if you’d just inform readers that you missed the stories that the new head of the Democratic Party is a very highly rated Second Amendment supporter and that Hillary’s replacement as senator from NY is also a pro-gun Democrat, we may be able quell some of the fear-mongering from the ulterior motivated far right and eventually see supply, demand, and prices back in line with reality.
