Wow this is crazy; restrictions on air rifles (B B guns). Man this is crazy, the California gun laws and restrictions are getting outrageous. What happened to the right to bare arms? How are people and business owners going to protect themselves against home invasions, armed robberies, and guns smuggled into California illegally that pose a treat to California residents. And I don’t want to hear call the cops the cops don’t always arrive on time. I feel for the people that live in rough neighborhoods everybody can’t fight sometimes guns are needed to keep gangs in check. I don’t want to hear call the cops by time the cops get their you could be dead. These strict Gun laws is slowly creating a public crisis for law abiding citizens especially the elderly. And no I don’t want to buy a taser because tasers are not a 100% reliable or guaranteed to stop an attacker.

I can’t believe i got fooled by an 11 year old April fools joke… actually being a resident of the People’s Republic of Kalifornia, this wasn’t all that far fetched.

Doreet- When they passed that law requiring mandatory registration of all ‘ghost guns’ (aka 80% AR15’s and AR10’s) I called to get info and was sent to voicemail. All i can say is they had their chance, but this ghost will continue to stay in the shadows.

ok,but my sister in California,northern,tells me this;she tried to get her handgun license and registered,she failed;none of the dept.and govt. there,do it.She went to EVERY DEPT.THERE WAS NO GUN REGISTRATION DEPT.OR WORKERS.So today she has an unlicense and unregistered handgun,at home,to stop burglars(and she has burglars,she needs it.)You should check out people in northern CA,see if this is a trend there.I suspect there is such govt.bankruptcy,there is not dept. in north. California to do it–no money.

Folks — having found this long past April 1st in a Google search for “california airgun law”, it’s not really all that funny. Maybe now that it’s not April Fool’s Day, you can put a note at the top that says “Ha ha, wasn’t this a funny April Fool’s prank?”
