Having had the occasion to meet, shoot and talk shop with Joel, I agree that this amazing accomplishment could not have been earned by a more humble and thoughtful shooting enthusiast.

My name is Donald, I am Joel’s instructor at DTCC. Joel produces the finest pieces I have seen in a long time. Once you understand his craftsmanship you will understand his marksmanship. He is meticulous, precise, hell, he is even punctual. I have seen military shooters and I got to know them, and he has what they have. I was amazed when I held the target and seen what he had done. I have never held a target that had that pattern, let alone a tight a group as this. WAY TO GO JOEL!!!!

Nice going! My C.O. at berdeen Maryland won the Wimgledon Cup
for another long-distance shooting competition, not the 1,000 yards.
It was even longer, larger targets.
