		<description><![CDATA[That was an interesting and helpful article.  I am 62 and getting back into highpower competition.  One of the suggestions I would like to add is to include pilates-yoga in one&#039;s conditioning training.  It is particularly helpful if one is older and has suffered any injuries like a meniscus tear in a knee.  For those aspiring to earn Distinguished and be able to rise for rapid fire sitting pilaqtes-yoga may provide the strengthening to accomplish that.  Thanks for the good articles.
