I was just reading an article on the 6×44 — that would be very interesting too. I definitely think there is a gap for a Lapua case between the 6BR and the 6×47/6XC.

well while we are on the subject….. will laupua make a 30×47 case for the hunter bench rest(NBRSA)…. since I bet that a lot the brass sold are turned into this wildcat just a thought.. while you have laupua’s ear on the subject,,, of slight changes for sale to the public.The 30×47 (from the parent 6.5×47) dominates hunter class (NBRSA)

Make sure they look at the 6mm BRDX also. It is an Ack Imp with the exact capacity and long neck. If they make the brass, dies are right behind.

I too would like a “standard” 6 x 47 Lapua brass.
I also think a Lapua standard 6 BR Improved would sell like hotcakes!

Lapua should make the 221 Fireball case. A much larger market exists for a quality Fireball case.
