I was fortunate to be one of the studets at this year’s 1000 benchrest school at Williamsport and was fortunate to have Jason and many others as an instructor. It’s always nice to see good things happen to good, deserving people.

Hey Jason!

What’s ‘stout’ in your 6BR?

I run 30.5 grains RL15 behind Berger 105 VLD’s in my spacegun 6HAGAR & it’s awesome at 600 yards. Almost the same case capacity as the 6BR, just a slightly different shape powder column.

I’m tempted to try it at 1K after seeing what you did to the X-ring last weekend!

Both you and Andy can hold your heads high after those groups! Good shootin!

We were at Perry when we heard the news of the record being set at Reade Range. At that same time, another Pennsylvania shooter; Tom Rider; had just won the Leech cup at Perry! (1000 yard any rifle iron sight national trophy match).

Congrats to both! This along with Jason’s World Open win pretty much proves you don’t have to turn necks on the 6BR to be competitive. Congrats again Jason!
