I would like to thank Steve for being patient. He has a beautiful rifle that shoots well. It is a very sound rifle and should last him a lifetime. I would also like to say Joel Russo did some beautiful work. I look forward to being able to work with him again on another project one day.

Thanks to Paul and 6mmBR for displaying Steve's rifle it is an honor to see it on your web site.

Still developing loads, but the rifle shows good potential... 175 VLDs have produced a couple of 5-shot groups with around .75" - .80" of vertical at 500 meters (off a bipod, no less). I think that's going to be hard to beat, but I have some 185BTs to play with before calling it settled.

Nat and Joel provided great advice during the build (most of which I had the good sense to take) and I highly recommend them both. Also, Dave Kiff (PTG) was very helpful with the reamer specs. And every vendor involved (Krieger, Stiller Precision, Wyatts, Larry Scott, Glen Seekins, Nightforce) delivered as promised. Everything went so well, it was almost spooky.

And thanks to accurateshooter.com/6mmbr.com for providing such a great resource. Can't remember the last time I did anything rifle-related that I didn't research here first.
