1. Check out “photo and video”, “collectibles” and “general” categories on Craigslist for optics and shooting-related equipment. You’d be surprised by the stuff they have for sale on Craigslist
2. Use http://craiglook.com to search Craigslist – it adds picture previews and allows you to search within certain radius, not just one site
