I converted an old Lachmiller Priming Tool to use a double punch like the K&M and others, it uses regular shellholders (If you have the universal holder). It utilizes a large cam to push the seating rams as you push the handle down, it works very well with a great feel and is very compact.

Also take a look at the new Forster CO-AX Primer Seater. I recently purchased one. After taking about 35 minutes to open the box, read the instructions, set the jaws precisely to match my case heads, and a change out from the large primer assembly, to the small primer assembly, the Seater worked flawlessly. This is not a large piece of equipment. It's a compact 6 inches long X 2 inches wide X 2 1/4 inches high. No more squeezing with ailing hands. A smooth very short movement of the spring loaded lever downward and the primer is seated. This is a keeper. A real nice tool.
