Even with a severe weather front moving through you are not likely to see more than 20 hPa change (that&#039;s roughly comparable to 600ft altitude change) but it&#039;s more likely to be something like 1/4 of that -- 5 hPa or 150 ft. A normal front only changes the pressure with 1-2 hPa per hour.]]></description>
