Ive inherited a CD/KBI DDA10/45 from my recently deceasd uncle. The gun is dead on at 21,50 & 75ft like a rifle. Looks georgeous, and is fun as hell 2 shoot. One problem tho. the slide locks occasionally on rapid fire and/or high powder ammo. Ive been told 2 increase slide spring tension and use remington umc (green box)ammo. after a couple adjustments, i got 100 for 100 with the remingtons after giving both slide springs a little pull to increase tension. I don't reccommend anything but the rem umcs. Everything else i've shot gives a 1-2 out of ten slide lock. So all u guys that say its jamming/locking, try what i did. Im pretty sure the powdwer and the recoil cause the slide lock to prematurely engage. So until CD/KBI sells their patents or reopens their doors under a new name, Thats my advice.

Now to anyone who has info to where i can find replacement parts for the dda 10/45. PLLEEAASSE LET ME KNOW. Id just like to buy a heavier spring. I love this pistol and wouldnt get rid of it even for above retail. I JUST NEED SOME HELP WITH PARTS!!!!

MY EMAIL IS mrhelm0313@yahoo.com Any info or insight would be greatly appreciated. I hope to hear from sumone soon cuz i cant find a damn thing for this nail driver i fell in love with.

Thx
