Just an observation, I've noticed manufacturers can tack on an extra $ figure when they label something "tactical". I guess it's the new catch phrase for this generation of shooters or maybe a marketing "tactic". Examples include Tactical bolt knobs, tactical scope mounts specifically geared toward the style of "weapons" used to protect and serve. Much of it I believe is purchased by consumers for cosmetic purposes which is nothing different than before, it used to be beautiful walnut stocks and glossy finishes. I admit the tactical stuff is built pretty beefy but most of it is just overly expensive and overkill (if there is such a word). That said any smart business man would design and sell his products to meet consumer demands, even if the consumers are grown men playing army lol.
