Steve Harley, I don’t have hard data from muzzle brakes but my suppressor does increase velocity slightly over my chrony. I would assume a comp/brake should have some but not much. FWIW, BattleComp advises their muzzle devices can add 1-5fps.

1) Any powder updates available? I need Hodgdon’s “Superperformance” and “Leverevolution”
2) Weighting Factor – What are considered “overbore” cartridges? I’m interested in knowing if the .338 Lapua Magnum is an overbore cartridge.
3) Barrel length – Does a flash suppressor or muzzle brake add to barrel lenght use in QuickLoad?

QuickLoad is a fantastic program, once you get used to it. I don’t think there’s anything else out there that compares to it. QuickDesign, not so much.

I’ve got the data-only upgrade recently and it’s well worthwhile. I’ve developed at least 3 wildcats with the help of QuickLoad and QuickDesign.
