Anyone, in any position of life, who believes that criminals will obey stricter new gun laws, suffers from a special kind of stupidity. There is a reason they are called ‘criminals’

The problem with strict firearm laws, is that criminals don’t obey them. Only good willing civilians will obey.

There are already firm laws in the UK regarding blades because of a large number of stabbing incidents at schools amongst teens.

Australia will no doubt have a chorus of voices calling for the total ban of all firearms just in case, which will of course be the response from the sheeple in the UK as well..

Let’s not confuse European laws with those of the nanny state of the UK. There is a lot more to Europe. Countries such as France, Belgium and the Nordics not to exclude the Swiss are fairly level headed about gun laws. A few weeks ago there was a full blown gunfight with automatic weapons between the cops and criminals outside of Paris where there were several fatalities. However there has been no knee jerk reaction in France. The Government realises that law abiding gun owners are responsible. At least for now. We are at the mercy of Brussels to an extent.
