Now it’s gotten hard to tell the difference between the NRA leadership and the opportunistic politicians whose votes can be bought. Reid’s actions of late show little respect for the constitution or the will of his constituents, and by endorsing him, so has the NRA shown a lack of concern for the will of its membership, and the good of the country as a whole. I hate the thought of the money I’ve sent the NRA being used to support Reid, and I let them know not to expect further contributions from me – got the standard “Thank you for contacting us” reply.

It appears to me the NRA has become “part of the problem”, having truly lost touch with the average gun owner and their concerns.
