It’s fine for us lowly taxpayers,,,I’ve already ordered mine (ER/T w/ the H-37) for my BA-50….and I’m a lowly tax-paying consumer. Leupold (and many other companies) have several products that fall under this regulation,,,,they try to limit the amount of higher end technology that the “bad guys” can get their hands on,,,,,like that ever worked…
