That’s a very good point. I can sell to visiting, non-US citizens. The point of my statement was supposed to be that I couldn’t SHIP outside the US.

I don’t have a Palma chamber in my rifle so the jump was much greater than it was designed for but it didn’t seem to matter.

Does that mean that visiting international competitors can’t buy it? Does that mean that a U.S. resident who isn’t a citizen can’t buy it? This stuff must be more top secret than the Manhattan Project! I might have thought that visiting shooters from abroad would be a perfect market for pricey, but accurate ammo, but as is so often the case, xenophobia seems to trump good sense.

At the price the ammo is a value, though the challenge will be to reproduce the performance when reloading after the initial firing I’m sure!
