I’ve updated the Bulletin post. The current ArmyGear.net price for Medium or Large ALICE with frame is $26.98. A medium (woodland camo) with shoulder straps, but no frame, is $18.98, so Sportsman’s Guide is a slightly better deal for the non-frame version.
