The club I shoot at uses paper targets with different sized varmints each with a different point value with a bullseye and an x for increased points. Its much like a chess match as it is a score shoot. If you aren’t confident in hitting the 5/8 bullseye every time due to no sighters then you try for different target depending on conditions. Some of the targets are better if you are fighting the wind and others are good for verticle but every one you drop you have to decide what one to take next. You have 10 targets, 10 rounds, and 10 minutes at 200 yds with no wind flags.
