It has one nice difference – a strap on the objective side that allows you to both quickly pop the cover (using the stretch of the neoprene) and not have it fly off the rifle. I got a successful shot off on an elk this year in a heavy snow storm. Five minutes later, my uncovered objective was full of snow.
