Seriously, if you want the BEST upper out there, get one built by Gene. He&#039;s been our (AMU) main gunsmith for nearly 20 years and has built the most accurate and reliable M16&#039;s to ever shoot in competition.

That is not just an opinion. Look up the list of winners in Service Rifle since 1994. Gene built every Army gun.]]></description>
