im pretty certain this is the same gene clark that built some uppers for the SF guys here at Bragg,good quality stuff,from a quality gunsmith.

I wish I was good enough to need one. My $800 dollar NM Armalite is still way more accurate than me.

Seriously, if you want the BEST upper out there, get one built by Gene. He’s been our (AMU) main gunsmith for nearly 20 years and has built the most accurate and reliable M16’s to ever shoot in competition.

That is not just an opinion. Look up the list of winners in Service Rifle since 1994. Gene built every Army gun.
