I do not know your name but I do know that we do combine powder and primers in one box for one $25.00 haz-mat fee. The only way you would have been charged two fees is if you placed two orders at two different times. Also, rather than vent on here, you should have called me to help resolve your problem. Please contact me so I can look into this.

We ship literally hundreds of barrels, all the same way. If yours was damaged, I apologize. It happens on occasion. I can file a claim or replace the item for you. Again, you should have contacted me to help to resolve the issue.

Which action are you referring to? Where was it advertised and what were you charged? We do not have “bait and switch” tactics. We do charge more than BAT but we also stock almost 100 BAT actions for your convenience.

The ripple effect is making Bruno’s lose a lot of customers. One unhappy customer tells at least 10 others, who tell even more. For me, they increased the price by a 100 dollars on a BAT action, from its advertised price. I make sure to ‘aware’ people of the bait and switch tactics they use. I’ve heard several unflattering nicknames for him LOL.

You should see how they ship a Kreiger barrel! 2″ x 2″ cardboard box and a poly “sock” to protect the finish. Nevermind that it falls out of the box!

Yeah…..paid $49.95/1,000 just a short while ago and don’t forget they charge the $25 HAZMAT and a special packaging charge PLUS the cost of shipping. 5,000 primers, 16 lbs. of powder ordered at the same time on the phone with Amy was put in 2 packages for DOUBLE the HAZMAT, special packaging and shipping costs….they have LOST any further orders from me or anyone that I can get the word out to that they don’t care about how they spent YOUR MONEY for their benifit!
