I have a field point like this. The added weight and additional size from the batteries makes these things drop very quickly with my 50 pound recurve.

Only thing I can really see this being useful for is for beginners to get the hang of instinctive shooting. The laser is good for showing you where your arrow is really aiming at when you aren’t using a sight.

Absolutely the worst archery product I’ve ever purchased period. Battery life a joke, positioning blades back in is a joke due to poor quality a joke , lighted nock that came with it a total joke and unsafe, having to adhere a magnet to your riser ha hope you cut your arrows really short, joke joke sorry I’m a dumbass for trying them, so please don’t be a dumbass

Make joe a better shot? practice makes it, not the gear you use as such. more time you spend shooting, the better you will be at it. but that BH would make it a lot better for us in new zealand where thick bush make sit hard to get a good shot, but have a 4″ or more gap and we could plant an arrow in it better..

Actually, it is legal to hunt with in about 50% of the States for Big Game, but always check you regulations first (they change all of the time). The laser beam is adjustable from 20 to 60 yards, so select your yardage, and consider it a single sight pin. They now have a bowfishing product and a hog hunting product. This company is really innovative and attempting to make the average Joe a better shot.

I have used a simalar product to adjust my pins in both my recurve,and compound.it works! got my turkey,doe and buck this year by using it to set pins!

People do realize arrows do not fly in a straight line? At any range beyond 20 feet, you’re going to have the laser pointing above where the arrow will hit. It will become more off the further the distance.

What’s worse, is these guys built a laser into the broad head, rather than just broad heads that will redirect laser light from a bow mounted unit (same effect, better quality, less weight). Also, why not just use a laser mounted onto the bow? You can even adjust it for distance as you hunt.

Although, I’m not a single pin shooter so it would be of little use to me and the fiber optic sights are so good the laser makes little sense.

This has to be some kind of a joke, I know that it’s on the books in most States that it is unlawful to hunt big game with:
•A firearm or bow aided by any artificial light or a laser that projects a beam toward the target.

I had to copy and paste it from my downloaded State Big Game Hunting Guide.

What useful purpose does this make, another item on the market that you can buy but should not use tohunt with, unless you are already one of the poachers, they do not care about the law.
