I can read and I watched the video and your correct in that fact that it wasnt that difficult in theory but it has become very obvious at least to me that there is a quality control issue. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. When it doesnt is the problem. If there is more than a hand full of people with an issues then it must be harder than it looks or the product is defective. Either way should it be available to the public if its that hit and miss of a product? We are talking about your hearing here and trying to protect it not harm it.]]></description>
