We are still talking about a 22 cal rifle buy the cheaper stock and put your cash in a barrel. I have the Boyd’s stock and Lilja barrel and shoot 1 Moa 100 yards with close to 0 on wind meter.

Boyds ill fitting painted laminate stock is not the exact same thing as a Manners composite stock. Not even close. Apparently you’ve never owned a MCM or Manners stock before…

Why anybody would pay almost $500 for a stock is a mystery. When a mass produced stock is more cash than the action it is holding, you have to stop and think. Boyds sells the same exact thing for less than $100.

It would be really nice if someone like Manners or McMillan would produce an ambidextrous synthetic stock for the cz527 rifles that could be easily made into left hand…

That’s something to think about for sure. I bought a Savage Mark II heavy barrel and hate the tupperware stock. Yet any aftermarket stock besides these hasn’t appealed to me.
