		<description><![CDATA[Actually, from what I have read, IT IS based on cut down .223 brass rather than .221 brass in order to help all the reloaders having problems with making .300 Whisper brass from .223 and having to turn necks. The .300 Black chamber drawings took the thicker mid area brass of the .223 into consideration for handloaders to be able to cut and run .223 brass in a .300  Black die and then load and shoot with no need to turn necks and thereby winning over .300 whisper &quot;high volume&quot; shooting fans to the AAC .300 Blackout camp since the Blackout was more reloader friendly for those with boat loads of .223 brass.]]></description>
