I’m sure they have left hand versions but the pic at the top has a right slot for a right bolt no slot on the left side.

We have produced both right and left hand versions. Fortunately, this time, southpaws were NOT left out of the equation. As a matter of fact, the MSR on display at the Remington booth was a lefty.

I think this is very nice and I like the fact that this has been made by Remington for the snioper system so I think the problems and the good things are there already to use.

Maybe I’m missing something but Gary Eliseo’s tube gun kits are reasonable and well made. I don’t see that Remington has anything over what he has offered for some time.

Editor: For the typical shooter we would agree. For a military sniper, the RACS has the capability to fold/unfold in a couple seconds, and barrels can be swapped more easily. I doubt if the RACS would be any more accurate — and its heavier.

A lot of thinking went into this system and i hope the materials used were the best and will hold up for many years of service. I give Remington an A for this system and hope to one day own if the price is were the common man can afford to buy it and not take out a loan just to have it. Mass production i hope will keep the cost down for all of us.

Cadex Strike is more or less the same chassis as RACS and is supposed to be available soon

Try the Blaser R93 and R8’s every caliber is available in both right and left handed versions.
