Why not just use a Wilson neck die with two, three, or even four bushings. such a method will require the use of an arbor press that can be purchased from your local industrial supply shop for about $40. the press will not be 'pretty" like a Hart, Sinclair, or others, but is works just as well.

EDITOR: Irv, there's logic to what you're saying, and many folks will go that route. However, some of us have found that a honed FL-die, if well made, produces straighter ammo than we can get from neck-sizing only dies using bushings (whether a Wilson hand die or screw-in die). In addition, you accomplish three operations with one pass: Decapping, body sizing, neck sizing. With a separate neck-sizing operation you increase your loading time significantly.
