The only issue here is the ‘jerk’ behind the trigger. Sorry to be flippant, but dry-fire practice 70/30 versus live fire is good. Mind you, I live in Spain now so, sorry UK.

The trigger trainer is the same as playing games with a computer. Might as well go to Belgium and France to get real practise and training. If UK wants to play games, they can do something better than this.

Torch n Pitchforks was “de rigueur” back in 1776; when Americans gave up being “Subjects of the Crown”. We don’t have a “French Blockade” opposing a “British Relief Force”, and the military mercenaries of “Marshal of France. Jean-Baptiste Donatien de Vimeur, Comte de Rochambeau”.

The rest of us remain being “Subjects of the Crown”, and functioning under the “Sovereign’s Government”. We’re BRITISH, it’s what we do.

Ps. Not a lot of tax on TEA, these days. “Party Time” !

The HANDGUN is not “BANNED” in GB, it’s “PROHIBITED”. It works this way.

In GB, RIFLES & SHOTGUNS are licensed by local POLICE FORCES(Departments).

HANDGUNS are licensed by the HOME OFFICE, mainly to traders, and they don’t issue many.

The 2012 OLYMPICS will be an exception.

Its not funny, the UK, Australia and no doubt several other countries have similar stupid laws.

Registration leads to confiscation and from their the outright banning of things. Which means that only criminals have them. The very people that we want to be denied the power that a weapon has over the helpless.

Imagine the shear stupidity of having to leave your home country to practice for Olympic competition. It almost sounds too stupid to be true… mores the pity it isnt

The picture of the pistol at the top reminded me of another I saw in the 90’s that belonged to an Australian olympic shooter. She had to turn it in to be destroyed or confiscated or some sort of thing. Point being, remember what Mr. Heston said.
