I’m contemplating cutting off most of the shell casing and using the base of the casing as the hitch cover. Do you have the ability to weld/attach the base of the casing to a hitch cover perhaps adding engraving commemorating “Enduring Freedom”. Would be interested in details if this is something you think you can handle.
