SN 83073. The 45 Colt he use to carry is at the Autry museum in LA. Grandpa has extensive documentation from Colt dating back to 1953. Was thinking about listing with Rock Island auctions but , what the hell, it can’t be replaced. Since grandpa passed in 2002, it’s made a new home in my safe. ,———-maybe one day..

It has two notches in bottom of hand grip, is nickel plated and has Raidler’s name etched in arm of grip. Anyone know anything about this sidearm?
Owner did have papers from Colt verifying authenticity he applied for back in 1952 but can’t find them. Sidearm is in very good to excellent condition.
