Mark I am shooting pretty much same gun and type of brass and ammo/powder H1000.

With the exception that you are over the max load of 85.2 grains…recommended.
I understand the barrel can take more; but isn’t it a bit risky? any signs on pressure issue?

Its an optical illusion. I have a quarter inch of clearance, but with the flip up caps on its about half of that.

Looks like fun but I have to ask who out there can consistently hit this size target at this distance? I have never read of anyone hitting this distance shot after shot after shot. Or maybe consistently at this distance is considered to be 1 out of 3 or 4? So much going on between the muzzle and and target to affect that bullet.

I haven’t got the muzzle velocities to run the wind drift on a ballistics program, but if we look a what a rough approximation tells us, a constant cross wind that would give a quarter of an inch at 100 yards, ends up being around eleven feet at 2,300. As I said, very rough approximation. Looks like fun.

Great video and some very challenging shots. Looks like a lot of fun for sure. It appears that the scope bell is contacting the barrel of the 7mm SAUM’s. Is this so or is it an optical illusion?
