		<description><![CDATA[None of the videos explain how you can get different torque values from one side to the other, but I assume there are 2 different spring tensions depending on which way the handle is being turned?

Frank needs to read his instructions again, as they specifically say to use the finger groove...not the end of the handle. 

Looks like a very handy tool. Glad these bulletins keep coming up every few months...keeps me from forgetting to buy one.]]></description>
