		<description><![CDATA[Why use any black at all? Most F-class rifles are using a higher magnification scope, and I see no benefit to having any black at all. I&#039;ve made F-class practice targets for 200 yds. that incorporate only the X,10, &amp; 9 rings with no black...all holes are visible.

Editor: You raise a good point. One could make an all-white target with black rings, then use a small orange or red dot for aiming points at 300.]]></description>
